How we do it?
Parts that are delivered or dropped off are immediately accounted for and put in our warehouse.
Your item(s) are put in a queue. When your item(s) are next in the queue we take it out of the warehouse and have it sand blasted by our professional team. This takes off the paint and allows it to be recoated with no damage to the metal.

Your item(s) then go through our Quality Control Process, which is a 5 stage pretreatment. While your items go through our Quality Control Process, they are sprayed with cleaning and etching chemicals and are washed with our RO system.
Once it is cleaned off, We have it sent to our powder coaters. Your item(s) then go through our Stringent Quality Control Procedure to ensure a quality finish every time. No job is too big or small. The next day expedite services are available.
